We understand your time pressures and know you need the right part quickly. We supply all around Australia, usually on a next day delivery basis. In Sydney we offer a twice daily same day service. Our aim is always to be quick and accurate.

We make sure our orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. We offer product advice through our helpline. We regularly communicate with all our resellers to ensure they are aware of new products. Our aim is to be easy to deal with and to be available to solve our customer’s problems in the best way possible.

OUR WARRANTY
Transgold products are direct OEM replacements and are fully backed by our standard warranty from the date of delivery to the end-user:
Engine Mounts, Rubber Suspension: 12 months / 20,000km
Filtration: 12 months OR Recommended Service Interval, whichever comes first.
Other Products: 12 months / 20,000km
This warranty does not cover costs of recovery of the goods from the site or damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, mechanical or electrical overload, abrasion, corrosion, incorrect installation by the customer or a third party, failure to perform required preventative maintenance or normal wear and tear.
