Our Values

We help our customers service their own clients by carrying a wide range of service – oriented parts for most mainstream cars solid in the last 25 years, and supply all around Australia, usually on a next day delivery basis.

Transgold has always highly valued its relationships with our resellers and our focus is on helping them fulfil their business needs on a day to day basis. We have long-standing relationships with our clients and most of them have been trusting our service for more the 5 years.
It is our aim to be easy to deal with and always available to solve our customer’s problems in the best way possible.

Product quality

We source our parts from the best manufacturers all over the world in order to fulfil our promise of delivering parts that work first time and every time.
This involves extensive research and vetting of all our suppliers most of whom must qualify for ISO:9001 and TS:16949 in order to supply Transgold with product.
Most of our manufacturers have been operating for at least 10 years or more and many have experience supply OEM parts to the car markers themselves.

Fast delivery

We understand that your customers are demanding and time conscious and as a result we can supply most orders around Australia on a next day and sometimes same day basis through our main warehouse in Sydney or key wholesale distributors located in other states.
In Sydney metro we offer a twice daily same day service, and most interstate location ca be reached overnight with our freight carriers and air satchel partners.

Range of product

At Transgold we aim to have the best range available in all our core lines. This means that we can offer parts to the market for late model vehicles faster than our competitors and soon after the cars are released into the Australian market.
We source from progressive manufacturers and supplement this with in-house development of new lines for Australia and imported vehicles.

Warranty

Transgold products are direct OEM replacements and are fully backed by our standard warranty from the date of delivery to the end-user:

Engine Mounts, Rubber Suspension: 12 months / 20,000km

Filtration: 12 months OR Recommended Service Interval, whichever comes first.

Other Products: 12 months / 20,000km

This warranty does not cover costs of recovery of the goods from the site or damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, mechanical or electrical overload, abrasion, corrosion, incorrect installation by the customer or a third party, failure to perform required preventative maintenance or normal wear and tear.
